Test stations
As a rule, we already integrate a wide range of test procedures into our production systems. However, if required, we also manufacture separate test stations for our customers.
schmale test stations are built and configured to meet individual customer requirements. They are equipped with an intelligent combination of technologies. Using various sensors and laser monitoring systems, the quality of the articles can be checked and recorded at regular intervals. A test station is always a bespoke solution for customised products, performing many of the operations that typically occur after production.
These include cleaning, measuring, labelling, eddy current testing, visual inspection, packaging, calibration, assembly and many more.
Promptly at your service
The Service department at schmale Maschinenbau GmbH is responsible for technical customer support. Our competent service team is usually available within 24 hours. Error analysis and troubleshooting is often carried out by remote maintenance via our service programmers.
If spare parts and mechanics are required on site, our customers can be sure that they will receive original spare parts and experienced schmale mechanics at short notice.
